For the past year I taught music at American
Heritage School in American Fork, UT. I am Kodaly certified by the BYU Intermuse
Program--Level 1, and have over 20 years experience teaching music. I also have a strong math
background ( attending NCSU with an electrical engineering scholarship). I live in Orem Utah,
and I am interested in participating in an educational coop in my area for my children, grades K,
5th,and 6th. My sister owns a business on Center Street in Provo which only operates in the
evenings ( voila!--a place to meet?). I am wanting to give my expertise in math and music as a
parent. I also have the principle based aproach of the Fellowship of American Christian
Educators ( F.A.C.E curriculum and methodology--which uses the NOAH plan) I completed
this training and seminar at American Heritage School one year ago--which is an invaluable
resource. Are there some parents out there who want to pool resources and talents outside some
of the fine private institutions and make a better education possible for more children? Please
